CSUN - Playground & Site Improvements
McM Concrete was proud to enter the public works sector with our first prevailing wage project at Cal State University, Northridge, partnering with first-time client 2H Construction out of Long Beach. This project marked a significant milestone for our team, demonstrating our ability to navigate the paper-intensive public works environment while maintaining the execution standards that define our work.
The scope required precision across detail-heavy elements, including radiused formwork, ADA-compliant surfaces, and finish-sensitive flatwork. Our team approached each phase with the same discipline and attention to detail we bring to all projects, ensuring both compliance and craftsmanship were achieved without compromise.
The result is a complete transformation of a previously underutilized residential site into a functional, inviting space anchored by a new playground that complements the existing pool area. The revitalized environment now provides a cohesive space where families and children can fully engage with the site.
McM Concrete is proud to have delivered a project that reflects both the client’s vision and the spirit of CSUN proving once more that Success Lives Here.
